Activation Key

The serial number, normally sent by email after purchase, is a code that must be entered during the activation process to unlock all software features.

On this page you can recover your serial number.

A reply is usually sent within one or two working days.

- Fields marked with * are required;

- In the email address field, enter the email address used during the purchase whenever possible. For example, if the purchase was made through PayPal, enter the email address associated with your PayPal account.

- The phone number is optional and may only be used if we have difficulty locating your activation serial number. It will never be used for commercial purposes.

- The software name is required. Please specify the purchased software, for example PowerCLUB, PowerFIT, PowerDOGs, or another product.

- The purchase date is important information. If you do not remember the exact date, please indicate an approximate period (for example, month/year).
