Your feedback is important to us! If you are using a demo or licensed version of our software, please feel free to suggest improvements or report bugs. Free updates are provided, and valuable suggestions may be included in future versions.

There are several ways you can help us improve our software:

- by sending emails with detailed bug reports or feature requests;
- by using the "Send Error Report" procedure in case of an error;
- by using the CTRL-SHIFT-F11 shortcut (bug report window) while working in the software to send a bug report or suggestion;

Especially in case of malfunction, please always include the software version you are using. If possible, attach one or more screenshots (in many sections you can use CTRL-SHIFT-F12 to save the screen content) or use the CTRL-SHIFT-F11 bug reporting function when available.
