Custom software for Windows

PowerWolf Software Solutions also develops custom software, designed around each customer's real operational needs.

The service is intended for companies, professional firms, self-employed professionals and private users who need a dedicated application and cannot find a standard product that matches their workflow.

Applications can include contact and archive management, case management, documents, deadlines, business processes, printing, exports, automation, local or shared databases and connections to external services.

Development is dedicated to Microsoft Windows. Depending on the project, we can use .NET / Microsoft Visual Studio technologies and other components already proven in our applications.

When required, interfaces and content can also be localized into multiple languages.

1. Requirements analysis
We start from the activities the software must simplify, the data to be managed and the procedures already used by the customer.

2. Feature definition
We define the required functions, archive structure, possible integrations and whether the software will be used on one or more workstations.

3. Development and testing
The application is developed for Windows and progressively tested, so the project can be adapted to real operational requirements.

4. Delivery and support
At the end of development, the software is installed and configured. Further changes, extensions and support can be agreed.

Custom software can be useful when standard commercial applications require too many manual steps or do not reflect the way the organization actually works.

Some examples:

- very specific internal procedures;
- management of specialized data and archives;
- automation of repetitive tasks;
- import or export to formats already in use;
- databases shared across multiple workstations;

In 2018 we developed for Postenet.it - De.Gia. Service a dedicated solution for shipment management and related operational workflows.

The project was created to centralize information, simplify operators' daily activities and improve control over shipment records.

The software, now known as PowerSPED, includes shipment management and search, document archiving, customer records, operation status and other management tools.

The collaboration on the case-management software began in 2011, based on the operational requirements of the ACAI assistance office in Caserta and its connected branches.

The project evolved over time into PowerPRA, a Windows management application for cases, clients, documents, deadlines, communications and digital archiving.

The software is also used at SALP trade union offices for the daily management of cases, documents and contacts.

Over the years, PowerWolf Software Solutions has developed custom applications for other companies as well, adapting interfaces and functions to specific requested procedures.

Customers shown on our website include Ditron SRL, which uses several custom software applications developed by PowerWolf.

Each project can be different: from a small utility that automates a single task to a multi-user management application with a database and complex workflows.
