Renewal. To renew an expired annual license, use the same purchase button used for the original purchase. For example, owners of an annual Professional license should purchase another annual Professional license. A perpetual license can also be purchased to avoid future annual renewals.

Question: I purchased an annual license and it is about to expire. How do I renew it?
Answer: The software page includes a 'Renewal' section. Open that page and follow the instructions provided.

Question: Are updates free?
Answer: Yes.

Question: Can I try the software before purchasing it?
Answer: Yes. The demo version can be downloaded and installed from the download page.

Question: I entered data in the demo version. Will I lose it if I purchase the software?
Answer: No. The data is retained automatically.

Question: Do I need to purchase a license for each computer?
Answer: No. One license can activate several computers within the limits stated in the purchase terms and FAQ.

Question: Can I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Answer: Yes. During checkout, you can request an invoice by completing the relevant fields. The invoice is sent automatically by email. A VAT number registered in VIES is required (European register). For more information, consult the purchase terms.

Question: If I purchase an annual license and do not renew it after expiration, will I lose my data?
Answer: No. The data is never deleted.

Question: How long does it take to receive the code?
Answer: The activation code is sent automatically by email a few minutes after payment confirmation.

Question: Can I upgrade to a higher edition?
Answer: Yes. You can upgrade at any time by purchasing a higher-level license.
